No Refunds
Due to the consumable nature of Double Red Rose™, we do not accept product returns or offer money refunds.
If you are a first-time buyer, we recommend limiting your initial purchase to 1 or 2 units for trial purposes. Once you are satisfied with the product, you are welcome to purchase any quantity thereafter.
Non-Refundable Items
- All Double Red Rose™ products.
- Opened products.
- Used products.
- Products damaged after delivery.
- Orders returned without prior approval.
- Items purchased through unauthorised sellers.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they have been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
International Orders
International orders are reviewed individually before dispatch. Shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and import charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
